Είχε πρόβλημα στην κοιλιά και Νίκησε μετά την εγχείρηση! θα του μοιάσουν και άλλοι;

Πριν ένα χρόνο  ο IFBB Pro bodybuilder Matthew Schmidt παρουσίασε σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας, είχε διάτρηση εντέρου! με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει χειρουργική επέμβαση. Τότε ο ίδιος δημοσίευσε φωτογραφίες, ενώ παράλληλα δήλωνε πως το σώμα έχει μυική μνήμη και γρήγορα θα επανερχόταν στην αγωνιστική δράση.  Καταφέρνοτας μετά το χειρουργείο να ανεβεί από τις 185 lbs στις  205 lbs Σύντομα, άρχισε να βρίσκει οριστικά τον εαυτό του, έως που πρόσφατα κατέκτησε το NPC Nationals Bodybuilding  ως Overall Winner 2019 

Through the path of life every day isn’t going to feel (or look) like progression. Life is full of setbacks and speed bumps. Some bigger than others. It’s important to keep moving forward and know that it will get better.
I’ve been through worse. In a matter of months I’ll be back to my normal self and then I can continue to focus on improving from there.
I’ll keep you guys updated with my rebound. Every day I’m feeling better and stronger. Muscle memory is an incredible thing. When your body is used to being a certain size, it tries to resume its normal state at a very fast rate. I left the hospital a week and half ago at 185 lbs and I’m back up to 205 lbs without much effort. My normal off season weight is around 240 lbs so i have a ways to go but I’m not rushing it. I’m taking things day by day, listening to my body and letting it
