Ιδιοκτήτης γυμναστηρίου και bodybuilder τον Χτύπησε ο Κορωνοϊός

O  47χρονος ιδιοκτήτης γυμναστηρίου και bodybuilder Simon Fan είναι μια γνωστή προσωπικότητα στην μυϊκή κοινότητα του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Το 2019 πήρε ένα από τα βραβεία
UK Fitness Awards. Πρόκειται για έναν άντρα που γυμναζόταν σκληρά, και ζούσε το life style ενός bodybuilder

Το χτύπημα από τον  κορωνοϊό Covid-19

Δυστυχώς πριν από περίπου πέντε εβδομάδες αρρώστησε, εχοντας τα  σημάδια του ιού, που περιελάμβαναν: υψηλό πυρετό, ξηρό βήχα και κόπωση. Άμεσα εισήχθη στο νοσοκομείο Queen Elizabeth Hospital στο Birmingham. Εκεί διαπιστώθηκε ότι ήταν  θετικός στον κορονωϊό (Covid-19) χωρίς σημάδια βελτίωσης, η απόφαση που λήφθηκε ήταν να γίνει διασωλήνωση με αναπνευστήρα, και να μπει στον θάλαμο εντατικής θεραπείας. Η πάλη για την ζωή του συνεχίζεται

He has been on the ventilator for 17 days now and still remains critically ill, fully sedated and paralysed…He’s so strong and has been fighting extremely hard. We pray that he will get through this and recover soon

Posted @withregram • @ultimate_fitness_brm We just wanted to update you all about our boss man @si_fan ????⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ An many of you are already aware, Simon was admitted into hospital on Thursday 26th March, after having extreme breathing difficulties and a dangerously high temperature. He tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-19) and with no signs of improvement the decision was taken immediately for him to be intubated and put on a ventilator in Intensive Care.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ He has been on the ventilator for 17 days now and still remains critically ill, fully sedated and paralysed. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ He’s currently making small improvements and the plan is to slowly reduce his sedation and start the weaning process (coming off the ventilator) and see how his body responds.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ He’s so strong and has been fighting extremely hard. We pray that he will get through this and recover soon ????????⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We want to thank the amazing NHS staff looking after Simon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham ❤️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #TeamUFB
